Providing medication to patients without boundaries
rxAssist offers FREE medication, including insulin, that covers most chronic diseases. To be eligible, patients MUST be uninsured families whose income is at or below 200% of the current established Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and at or below 300% of the FPL for insulin. For ineligible patients, we provide very affordable medications.
Note:
Holders of Medicaid, Medicare part D, and other prescription insurances may still qualify for rxAssist Pharmacy cash programs.
Harris County gold card holders are eligible for FREE medications.
